Simple cocktail recipes for your wedding day

The Botanist, known for being leading drinks innovators, have announced the launch of their new cocktail collection, with an alcohol free selection. To celebrate, they’ve given us some at-home cocktail recipes for you to enjoy on your wedding day! 
 
The first cocktail to be launched is a twist on the signature cocktail, The Botanist, and is served in a crystal cut glass with crushed ice:
 
The Botanist (alcoholic)

What you’ll need:

6 Fresh Mint Leaves Cocktail recipes for your wedding day
Pinch of Red Amaranthe
15ml Jasmine Sugar Syrup 
22.5ml of Fresh Lime Juice
50-100ml Lemonade, depending on the glass size
15ml Bacardi Carta Blanca white rum
15ml Ketel One vodka
15ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
 
Method:
Muddle the lime juice, red amaranthe, sugar syrup, lemonade and mint leaves in a small jug, crushing the mint as you go – you can use the end of a rolling pin for this. Pour into a tall glass and add a handful of ice, crushed is recommended but cubes will work fine!
Pour over the rum, vodka and elderflower liqueur, stirring with a long-handled spoon. Garnish with mint and serve with ice. 
 
The Botanist (non-alcoholic)
 
Bacardi Carta Blanca rum, Ketel One vodka, St Germain, jasmine syrup, red amaranth, fresh mint, lime juice and lemonade  
What you’ll need:

22.5ml Bottle Green Elderflower Cordial
22.5ml Bax Botanics Verbena

Pour over the elderflower cordial and Bax Botanics Verbena, stirring with a long-handled spoon. Garnish with mint and serve with ice.
