I’m sure you’ve seen them before, those tiny little blue bear gummies that are used by all the biggest celebs on Instagram! The Kardashians and Jenners absolutely love these vitamins, but have you ever wondered what they do and how they can help you?
Our social media marketer, Jane Davis, was recently sent a 2 month supply of Sugarbearhair gummies - so if you’re looking to boost your hair health before the big day, read her review of the cute, famed gummies below…
SugarBearHair gummies are an easy-to-use, vegetarian vitamin complex designed to help with hair and nail growth, strength and shine. They have a natural berry flavour and are free of artificial sweeteners and flavours.
The cutest hair vitamins on the market!
When I first received the SugarBearHair gummies I was in awe at how cute the gummy bears were. The gummies are about 2cm in length and a gorgeous light blue colour. They really are extremely visually pleasing and definitely Instagram worthy!
After tasting my first bear, I was pleasantly confused and had to double check that these were definitely a vitamin and not just a tasty, raspberry flavoured snack. I honestly could have eaten the full bottle. I’m so used to vitamins tasting chalky and being hard to swallow! I instantly knew that SugarBearHair gummies were a complete game-changer.
What are the benefits of taking daily vitamins?
The gummies are packed full with vitamins that are great for your hair, nails and your overall health. They contain essential vitamins such as: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12 and Biotin. They’re also gelatin, dairy and gluten free, so you can take them even if you’re a vegetarian!
Did they work?
They do! I have been taking Sugarbearhair vitamins daily now for almost a month and can already see a difference in the overall health and strength of my hair.
During the day I normally tend to shed quite a bit of hair from my head (my hair is bleached blonde), and am constantly covered in it! But since taking these vitamins I have noticed that I have had barely any shedding at all. I believe this is because my hair is finally getting stronger!
At the moment I am yet to see any difference in my hair length, but I am aware that it’s still early days. I am extremely hopeful though and will report back with my 2 month mark findings!
